Disable Ribbon Buttons You can prevent specified users from accessing certain SharePoint functions by disabling ribbon buttons in a list or library; including Datasheet View, RSS Feed, Export to Excel, and Open with Explorer and more. Restrict Users to Create Views In SharePoint, users can create personal or public views if they have proper permissions. View permission allows you to control the “Create View” function and disable it without any permission changes so that the specified users cannot create view in list.
