The ASCII String Barcode Decoder allows users to read many linear and 2D barcodes, and output encoded ASCII functions like FS, RS, GS, CR, LF and EOT that are otherwise hidden within the barcode. Simply install and with the cursor positioned in the top text box, any input from keyboard emulation devices such as barcode scanners will output into the lower text box. Information that is not normally visible in barcode output is displayed between greater-than and less-than brackets according to the particular ASCII function or value. Other features include: -Decodes from any device that performs keyboard emulation, such as a barcode scanner. -Compatible with Windows 7 and up including Windows 10. An Excel UserForm App is also provided which runs on any Mac or Windows version 2010 or greater, including location versions of Office 365. -Useful for verifying the encoding of all GS1, UPS MaxiCode Labels, DOD UID Marking Symbols and ISO/IEC 15434 barcodes. -Site License and above includes VBA source code fo the Excel UserForm App, and also the Windows application written in VB 6.
