Citrus Delivery Scheduler is a program that creates Delivery Slips, and prints Delivery Schedules, and Invoices. Deliveries can be recurring or a one time event. Recurring Delivery Frequency can be from multiple days within a week to annually. Begin by creating a list of Inventoried Products with cost, Products with no cost, and a list of Delivery Vehicles Each vehicle has a load capacity and whether or not it can carry more than one product. For example, tankers may be limited to one product while your SUV can load many different products To create a delivery slip, select a customer; enter a Ship to address if different. If the delivery is recurring, select the Delivery Frequency. Assign the Delivery a Delivery Date, Time and Vehicle. From that point on, future deliveries are automatically rescheduled based on the Delivery Frequency. (Single event deliveries are deleted after the delivery date and are not rescheduled) Delivery Schedules are created automatically from this data. Schedules can be printed. Invoices can be printed when the schedule is printed.
