The ActiveX Element divides panes that can be adjusted against each other. In the middle of the horizontal or vertical division the mouse can drag a handle. The ActiveX must be behind its attached objects. If more than one splitter is used, one splitter is behind the other. With this ActiveX a user interface can be changed by the user to best fit to screen areas by simply adjusting panes against each other.
