Replace your current Hyperlink or Picture columns with the extended version and take advantage of the following exciting features:

Prevent description editing - enforce specific description for all links, such as More Information or Get Help
Default value for descriptions - specify default value for descriptions instead of a blank one
Show link as icon - show one of 3 predefined icons instead of text, such as Link, Help or Warning
