Limitations

Installation Instructions

Download and unzip the file below to a convenient location such as your desktop.

If Upgrading a Previous Installation

DO NOT run WG511v2700.exe, yet!

- Select Start > Program > WG511 Adapter > Uninstall WG511 Software

- Run the v1.6 removal utility, and complete the instructions to complete the removal.

- Run the v2.7.0.0 installer, which is WG511v2700.exe

- Follow the instructions to complete the installation.

- If the adapter utility icon does not display: remove and reinsert the adapter. For Windows 98, Windows SE, or Windows Me, reboot your computer.

If Doing a First Time Install

- Unzip WG511v2700.zip

- Run WG511v2700.exe

- Follow the instructions to complete the installation

(The software works with your WG511 card regardless of the "appearance" of the WG511 hardware.)
