&Changes from Firmware Version 1.1 to 1.2:& &- Improved an issue that interfered with pairing or resulted in unreliable connections when the camera was used with the Android edition of the SnapBridge app. &&Changes from Firmware Version 1.0 to 1.1:&& &- Made improvements regarding an issue which resulted in connections between the camera and iOS 10.2-compatible versions of the SnapBridge app becoming unstable.& &- Made movie and photo download using the SnapBridge app more reliable.& &- Fixed an issue in which zoom would be displayed during remote photography with the SnapBridge app.& &- Fixed an issue in which location data supplied by the smartphone would be recorded incorrectly when On was selected for Upload location in the Connect tab of the SnapBridge app.& & &Updating the Camera Firmware& & - Create a folder on the computer hard disk and name it as desired. &- Download to the folder created in Step 1.& &- Run the file to extract the firmware to a sub-folder in the new folder. The resulting file and folder hierarchy is: firmware (the sub-folder containing the firmware) and firmware.bin (the camera firmware, located in the “firmware” folder)& &- Using a card slot or card reader, copy the “firmware” folder to a memory card that has been formatted in the camera.& &- Insert the memory card into the camera and turn the camera on.& &- Select Camera settings &> Firmware version in the (setup) menu and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
