Apex Pro TKL Gen 3: Firmware update

- When the Meta Layer is active, the lighting will darken on inactive keys for easier visibility.
- Actuation level changes are now always displayed as white for easier visibility.
- Enabling/Disabling Rapid Trigger will turn all number keys green/red to reflect the new setting status.
- Enabling/Disabling Rapid Tap will turn all Rapid Tap enabled keys green/red to reflect the new setting status.
- Updated the OLED icons for Rapid Tap and Rapid Trigger.
