Review:	When you first go to the download page, there is a code that is easily missed and you must take note of it before downloading to use it. If not you have to purchase it. When you try to contact them, you go to a page that advertises the rest of the Fake WebCam products, and no troubleshoot or FAQ regarding download problems. A reply I received from them was that it's on the download page, and if you don't write it down the FIRST time it isn't there. And I couldn't activate it if I tried for it shows that my email address or IP address already received a copy. Just too much of a hassle to just try out a product and evaluate it. Poor customer service. They are pouring their effort into the Fake WebCam and their version of photo/video processing programs.

Review:	After installing and running it for the first time, a dialogue box tells you of a new version. If you decline the program closes and if you accept, you get to the website and all there is, is product review for all of FakeWebCam's products and nothing about Universal Shredder. Can't register it and an email to their support replies that the product self registers. Not even worth pursuing the matter further.
