Review: Doesn't work in my computer! i have to resolve bugs about Widcomm Bluetooth (appcrash BtStackServer.exe version 6.3.0.5100)...really i don't know how i can fix this problem!

Review: Doesn't seem to be compatible with my windows 7 (64 bit). Bluetooth usb dongle is not recognized. ( i did save first and then double clicked as advised) Please advise.
