Active@ ISO Burner 4.0.3 is a simple-to-use dialog-style software to burn CD/DVD/Blue Ray ISO images compatible with the ISO 9660 standard. Automated burning is also supported. The freeware application allows you to burn an ISO image files to CD-R, DVD-R, DVD+R, CD-RW, DVD-RW, DL DVD+RW, HD DVD and Blu-ray Disc. Burning mode (TAO,SAO,DAO) and number of copies to burn can automatically be specified. Full text log with actions performed, errors and progress information is displayed. Configuration of after-burn actions supported: Verify, Eject, Shut Down PC. Test Mode burning is supported.

Review: P.S. I'm reporting that it DID BURN on a XP-64-bit OS.
I'm not sure what the version number is, since it's not shown on the program, there is no about box, and it's not listed in the supplied help file either. It's whatever version was posted here on that date.

Review: It worked, in that it burned an image on a disc that another "ISO Recorder/CD Recording Wizard" would not touch.
However, it doesn't install itself as a command for .ISO files, and when trying to launch that way by associating it, it doesn't work. You have to run the EXE first, then navigate to the .iso file using its own open dialog.
