The ActiveX Barcode Control and DLL generates linear barcode images for Code 39, Code 128, GS1-128, UPC, EAN, Intelligent Mail and more in any 32-bit or 64-bit application that supports COM or ActiveX components including Microsoft Access, Excel, Visual Basic, C++ and others. It also includes a signed CAB file for use with InfoPath and Internet Explorer, and was compiled in C++ ATL for high efficiency and no runtime dependencies. This ActiveX component creates barcodes as images without the use of bitmaps or special fonts, which require special encoding tools. Instead, this ActiveX Control automatically formats barcodes to include all start and stop characters as well as checksum calculations, where necessary.
