Calaym is a free, useful and superior media player with a simple Windows design with lots of features.

The interface uses no complex or slow skinning engine or new skin format; it just looks like it should - like a Windows program.
With unicode support, foreign languages are no problem any more (Windows 2000/XP or newer)
Music

All common music formats are supported, as well as major formats the sound system supports.

In love with a specific song? Just switch to single-repeat mode and optionally use crossfading.

Songs can also be faded in/out, and Windows sounds automatically disabled.

Drag'n'drop
Simply drag songs from the playlist to your cd/dvd recording software or filemanager, desktop etc.

Input and help
Calaym has excellent support for both mouse and keyboard. All basic features are available in the main menu, and keyboard shortcuts - which can be customized - are shown on the right side of the item. The advanced tooltips are updated while displayed and also show related keyboard shortcuts.
