The SciLab CAPE-OPEN Unit Operation is a CAPE-OPEN compliant unit operation implementation for which the calculations can be entered in SciLab and solved using Scilab solvers. A separate Scilab installation (5.02 or above) is required (free-of-charge. Can be used with any CAPE-OPEN compliant process simulators that support version 1.1 thermodynamics. Tested in Pro/II, ProSimPlus, and COCO (free of charge). The SciLab CAPE-OPEN Unit Operation is free of charge for personal and academic use. For commercial use, a small license fee must be paid. Licensing is on a per-person basis (and can be used on multiple computers).
