CrystalDiskInfo Portable is a HDD/SSD utility which supports S.M.A.R.T. Hard disk drives are one of the main elements that keep your data alive. Some basic info is available, such as firmware, serial number, interface, drive letter, buffer size, as well as a few more fields. The health status is indicated in the main window, and at the press of a button a new window is brought up that enables you to set several slider representing reallocated sectors count, current pending sector count and uncorrectable sector count.
