Downcount Timer is, just like the name suggest, a simple and very easy to use down count timer.

You just type the time you want to count and press 'Start'. Press 'Stop' if you want to stop.

Features:

Enter time and press 'Enter' key or press 'Start' button
Computer will beep continously till you press 'Stop' button
Press Stop button will stop the timer
‘CLR’ button will clear the time value
Check the check box will set the window stay on the top
