With the freeware program Printing Cost Calculator 2.0 even a non-professional user needs only a few clicks in order to find the right printer among about 1,000 printers which are currently on the market plus calculation of the total printing costs. With the help of selection criteria such as manufacturer, laser or inkjet printer, color/black and white, format, printing speed, warranty and so on the search results can be compared with each other. If desired, the own printer can be added to this comparison. When selecting a specific /page yield per month, the total costs of the printer, of the supplies and of the average price per page will be listed in detail. Additionally, for every printer there is technical information and a link to the respective manufacturer for further information.
