This software offers a solution to users who want to count the number of times specified phrases occur in multiple Excel files. The user simply adds the required files or chooses an entire folder before using the check boxes to set the word length of all phrases for counting. Besides the check boxes, there is an entry line for manual entry of non-listed word lengths, simply separated by commas. Resulting phrases will show in the lower pane along with their word count and frequency of occurrence. Results can be saved as text or comma delimited files or copied to the clipboard for pasting.
