Windows 8 &10 has only one option to change your colors. All colors in your template are calculated from this one color! This program is developed to bring a bit more color variation back to the programs that are running in the Windows desktop. It is not like the good old days in XP. Some colors are 'hard coded' in Windows 8.x This is all we can do until big brother M$ will stop controlling Windows Desktop users in this typical childish way... This program is able to change all the color values just like you were able to do in older windows versions!
