Gradekeeper is a powerful, easy to use gradebook program for Windows. You can have 250 students and 150 assignments per term, using semesters, trimesters, quarters, or six terms. You can compute grades using total points or category weights, with final exams contributing to the term, semester, or year grade. You can excuse any assignment for any student, or drop up to 4 worst scores in any category.

Gradekeeper is very easy to use. With the default grading options, the users can start entering assignments, students, and scores right away. Changing student names, assignments, or scores is as easy as clicking and typing the new information.

If you use the Gradekeeper Palm OS application, please follow these steps when updating:

* Do a HotSync to update the desktop copies of all your classes
* Install the new version on your desktop computer and restart the Palm desktop software
* Open the Palm desktop software, choose the install tool, and add the Gradekeeper Palm application
* Open the HotSync manager and change Gradekeeper to "desktop overwrites handheld"
* Do another HotSync to update the classes on your Palm handheld

If you use the Gradekeeper Pocket PC application, please follow these steps when updating:

* Do an ActiveSync to update the desktop copies of all your classes
* Install the new version on your desktop computer
* Install the new version on your Pocket PC
* Open each class on your desktop computer and save it
* Do another ActiveSync to update the classes on your Pocket PC
