The tool supports files of all formats like .doc, .dot, .xls, .xlsm, .ppt, .potm, .txt, .pdf, .html, etc. and can do the job in all of them. It has choice to generate reports for the counting that has been done by the tool. The tool can produce report for overall counting of all files and also counting report for individual files.
