Outlook archives play an important role as a backup to securely store and save data. When users need to merge archive PST files, the PST Merge tool is the first choice for experts. It supports combining ANSI PST files into a single UNICODE type PST. The software offers two different options for merging: Merge PST files and Join PST files. The join option allows you to merge different PST files into one by creating a new folder for the joined PST files. It also offers options for loading PST files into the software panel. Depending on your needs, you can choose Add Files, Add Folder, or Find File. With the PST merge tool, you can merge all folders or only selected folders according to your requirements. It offers three different options: Merge PST files into a new PST, merge into existing PST or merge into an Outlook profile. Then select the required elements that you want to combine, like emails, tasks, notes, contacts, calendars and journals. You can also specify a date range to merge archive PST files.
