MSS Code Factory is a genetic expert system that achieves the level of artificial intelligence by producing an adaptation of it's own rule-based expert system technology for the specified business application model (the DNA of the new system.)

The process includes creating a customized General Expansion Language (GEL) syntax and grammar specific to the business knowledge domain.

In other words, the "intelligence" is it's ability to learn how to store information and processing rules about entirely new and unimagined business environments. It understands how to learn.

Useful and functional code supporting the business application model are produced as a side effect of this process, which is the "Code Generation" aspect of the project and why it was called a "Factory".
