myPhoto Recovery is a software product created exclusively for recovering original unedited photos. The software recovers photos from a diverse range of external and internal storages including memory cards used in photo cameras, camcorders, mobile phones and smartphones, USB flash drives, portable hard drives, personal computers and laptops and other storage media that can be connected to the computer and detected by the application. The utility easily recovers lost or deleted undamaged photos and provides special advanced recovery of damaged or corrupted photos by rebuilding photos through matching their fragments. This special technique of photo reconstruction allows restoring photos that cannot be recovered by general data recovery software. The recovery process with myPhoto Recovery consists of three simple steps, making the software an easy-to-use and helpful utility for users with no skills in data recovery. The program shows available storages which can be chosen for file recovery and performs a two-stage scanning of the chosen storage. To improve the speed of the operations, the utility suggests creating a disk image of the storage. myPhoto Recovery displays the photos as they are found on the storage allowing the user to recover photos as soon as they are displayed without interrupting the scan. The software is enhanced with a pre-recovery preview option; thus, a user can check the quality of photos to be recovered before actual recovery and before purchasing a license if needed. An extended sorting option allows grouping found photos by a date of shooting, a photo camera the photos were taken with and a place where the photos were shot, if this information is available. The recovered photos are saved in the folders created according to the way of sorting selected by a user. myPhoto Recovery in its trial version enables saving photos not bigger than 768 KB each. To lift the trial limitations, purchasing a license for the software is required.
