Nagger is a simple, easy-to-use program for persuading you to take regular breaks from the computer, as recommended by Health and Safety guidelines.

It assumes some level of responsibility, so attempts to 'cheat' and bypass the rest periods are discouraged as opposed to prevented. It is not suitable for unattended parental control use.

No-frills simplicity: written for a single purpose - no extra alarms, statistics, soothing music. Simple preferences: select time periods from 2 simple drop-down lists - no need to set hours, minutes, seconds. Non-intrusive: single free-standing program; you either run it or you don't - no support files to install/uninstall. Easy to override if you really must skip your rest period... but makes you aware of over-use symptoms! Free support where possible.
