Net Tracker for AV Loans is a full-featured database system that tracks Audio Visual Equipment loans and rentals. You can use the software to keep track of all types of audio equipment, cd players, dvd players, overhead projectors, projection screens, lcd projectors, televisions, cameras, camcorders, computer equipment, accesories and much more. You can also maintain a service history and a loan history for each item.

The software also supports most barcode readers and can automatically generate and print barcodes. In addition, you can also use your barcode reader to easily jump to items in your database. The software features advanced reporting, graph generation, data export, a powerful search engine, field customization, optional web publishing and database searching and more.

Although the software works great as a powerful single user database, 3 client licenses are also included. With an integrated server, the software easily supports multiple users and automatically manages simultaneous updates and record views - the process is completely transparent to the end user. Network communication occurs through the Internet, so users may be located at the same branch or in different branches. In fact, people may work from locations across the country or even across the world. Although communication is Internet based, data is secure because users require proprietary client software to access the database.
