Parks Authorization Manager is a powerful application designed to help you keep track of your NTFS file system permissions and Active Directory groups. To ease administrative work, folder templates can be pre-defined for individual departments or projects. PAM automatically generates the desired folder structures, creates authorization groups in Active Directory and adds these to the access control lists of the folders. If desired, the application also creates secured network shares, via which authorized staff can access the folders.

Authorizations of files and folders can be readout and analysed at all times. With the help of an export function the authorizations can be handed over to other programmes (e.g. Microsoft Excel or Access) for further processing. The PAM export facility helps you to fulfill audit and compliance requirements.
