PreSonus Capture is an application specially designed to provide you with an appealing GUI and numerous tools for managing your live recordings with StudioLive mixers better and more efficiently. Capture makes getting ready for the next show or the next artist a breeze because you can soundcheck before the artist even arrives! Let’s say you recorded a band last night, and you’re going to mix their show again tonight—and they’re stuck in traffic. Capture’s Virtual Soundcheck mode lets you dial in a mix while you’re waiting.The virtual sound checker is a feature that can help you avert all sorts of inconveniences, such as when band members are late or do not show up at all, for example. Moreover, it can also be a godsend gift for the situations when you face certain artists who complain that their monitor mixes were not perfect from the beginning of the show, even though they did not want to be bothered with sound checks.
