Our printable invoice templates are highly customizable. Since they are Excel sheets you have all the tools provided by Microsoft Excel to adjust various form settings, not only colors and fonts. For example, you can adjust what to print by changing the print area definition of the sheet, controlling paper margins, even adding watermark background. The sample invoice format shown on the screenshot is designed for a print shop. There are more than four hundred templates available on InvoicingTemplate. All our templates work with our Invoice Manager for Excel invoicing program, but you can also use an Excel template separately without installing Invoice Manager, which enables you to create and print invoice easily. You can also choose the export an invoice in PDF format using Excel. If you have limited budget for your small business invoicing, try our free templates. Our form designs are usually targeted to standard A4 or Letter paper. But you can find other variants such as for A5 paper, two invoices on one page (1/2 page invoice), print one invoice in two different formats, multiple-page invoices / receipts. All the templates in Excel sheet format could be downloaded free of charge.
