This file suggests a registration scheme of EVENTS and MONETARY documents linked to 4 PROJECTS. This file can manage projects lasting less than 3 YEARS / 36 MONTHS / 158 WEEKS. / 1098 DAYS. The system accepts information on: I - CALENDARIZED EVENTS / ACTIVITY (sheet: DIARY) and II - REGISTER OF MONETARY DOCUMENTS (sheet: REGISTER). The register of monetary documents accepts a DEFAULT currency, and other 5 options. DURATION OF THE PROJECT: You set the overall duration of the projects through a "Period's TYPE" (year/month/week/day) "Quantity" and "START DATE". On the DIARY sheet, you can memorize and schedule events and activities. BOOK-KEEPING OF MONETARY DOCUMENTS On the REGISTER sheet you enter document data with values related to the project, and their temporal competence. Each project is shown on the "P.NR" sheet. The "P.NR." sheets are ALWAYS ACTIVE per single quarters, for any year. If you wish to activate the sheet for the WHOLE YEAR (all 4 quarters), enter (at any time) your Personal Code. This file can work in multiple copies renamed at will. It contains a PERPETUAL calendar. This file works only if left intact in all its parts! The system counts 6 sheets. Sheets MUST NOT BE DELETED otherwise the whole system WILL NOT work. If this happens unintentionally, DO NOT SAVE THE FILE but close it and reopen it again. I suggest you keep backup copies of the file. Operation with PC-EXCEL .xlsx / .xlsm is guaranteed. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS FILE CANNOT BE USED WITHOUT ORIGINAL PROTECTIONS.
