Stellar Converter for Windows Mail efficiently converts Windows Live Mail or Windows Mail EML files into a new or existing Outlook PST file. The software also converts Windows Mail contacts and supports Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, and Windows Server 2012, 2008, 2003. The software displays a preview of Windows Mail data, allowing the users to inspect the emails and folders and specify the mail items they want to save to PST.
