TRaNGen is a flexible Random Number Generator that can create Pseudo or True random numbers in a variety of file and number types. It can create file types of:

Binary
ASCII
CSV
TRaNGen can handle a number of generating devices. Current devices are:

PRNG Microsoft (Rnd function) (always enabled)
PRNG Wichmann-Hill (always enabled)
TRNG Alea I (hardware USB device from Araneus) (enabled when registered)

Depending on the generating device, TRaNGen can generate the following number types:

Byte
Integer (15 bits)
Integer (16 bits)
Long (31 bits)
Long (32 bits)
Float (single)
Float (double)
TRaNGen can generate file sizes of up to 1 GB and as many as 9,999 files in a single job.

The TRaNGen program is fully functional and comes with the built-in Microsoft Pseudo Random Number Generator (PRNG) and the Wichmann-Hill pseudo random number generator. If you need a True Random Number Generator (TRNG), the program can use the Araneus Alea I true random number generating device that plugs into a USB port. Registering TRaNGen with us, will enable the use of an Araneus Alea I device that you have or can purchase from Araneus.
