ZTSvc is a small Windows Service for Software Deployment and other automatic Client Tasks.

The new version of ZTSvc 1.0.0.1 brings a small helper application ZTWin that allows to configure the service ztsvc.exe and the deploymentlist ztsvc.ini. Therefore the schema for the registry keys and ztsvc.ini has changed!
This differences are not compatible with ZTSvc 1.0.0.0

The help paper discusses an idea of automatic software deployment for © Microsoft Windows (XP, W7) clients in a network environment. The software packages reside on a server share and have to be prepared to allow an unattended installation.

The helper application ZTSvc Console can then evaluate the available software packages which the user may choose. After this the service ZTSvc will install the software packages in system context automatically.
