Review: This software bites the big one too.! I bought this along with WinX HD Video Converter Deluxe and here is what happened to me: WinX does not even give good support. It takes at least 3 steps to convert anything and it doesn't convert MKV movie files at all. I bought WinX HD Video Converter which worked great until I installed the new version. Their support would not help me at all after 10 emails for which 2 of them I had to prove I bought because they claimed they did not have me in their data base as a paying customer. After I sent them an email that I got from them after I purchased their product, they directed me to a download link to download the same product that kept crashing. They will not give me a stable version and are now ignoring my emails. I will never buy or download any more WinX products

Review: Works great on Vista 64 and Windows 7 64. Does everything it claims to do. Been using it for nearly a year now and have had no problems.

Review: Does not work with Windows 7 64 bit. The output audio file has the center and left rear swapped. Worked just fine with XP 32 bit.

Review: This is good solid software and the customer support is excellent. At first though, I was expecting to create working DVD menus. When I found out the software just doesn't do that, I emailed customer support and asked them about it. Fortunately, they were able to provide with with capabilities I was looking for with a different product of theirs(WinX DVD Copy). They were extremely helpful and I'd recommend both product to anyone.
