This is a general purpose blank service invoice template in MS Excel '.xlsx' format. Whether you operate your business as a personal / sole trader or limited company, you can use this service invoice form to detail what work you have done, and how much your customer owns you. Once you download template, unprotect the sheet by going to the 'Review' ribbon tab and choose 'Unprotect sheet'. Then you enter your own business information like name, address and contact details.
