Every browser supports Javascript. and you will get the option to develop a web application, control animations or check user inputs. Opportunities are almost endless if you have an excellent knowledge of Javascript.
With JScriptor you will not have to browse several resources to get the respective information. JScriptor offers an integrated environment to make Javascript development easy.

Code completion will automatically display the respective methods and properties of an object. Every time you type the '.' key a popup window will appear that contains the methods and properties available for the identified object. If you type a left parenthesis a hint will appear which parameter(s) the method or function expects. If you type some reserved words like: if, for, switch etc. the editor will automatically complete the code with the respective code structure.

You can access general Javascript functions and reserved words that are not available in the context-sensitive code completion by the code proposal feature. Press CTRL+SPACE. A popup window will be displayed with Javascript reserved words and general funtions that are not linked to a specific object. Select a proposal and press RETURN. A code sample will be inserted at the cursor position.

Test your script code by mouse click. The integrated browser will execute your code and return the result. Depending on the kind of script a return value will be displayed in the 'value' field of the buttonbar or the browser will display the formatting of HTML elements by the script etc. If an error occurs a message will be shown and after closing the browser window you will get detailed information like error code, error description, and the precise position of the first character that caused the error. This position will be highlighted in the editor so you can easily localize the error.
