The tool recovers deleted emails, attachments, and other mailbox items from Outlook OST and PST files. It retrieves the deleted emails with 100% precision, maintaining their original form intact. It works on password-protected or secured Outlook PST data files of any size (including 50GB or more). The software displays a preview of all the recoverable emails and other mail items to help choose the mail items for recovery. After scanning the OST or PST, it displays a list of email folders and all mail items in the left pane. The user can expand the tree and click any email or mail item to see the preview of mail contents. Stellar Undelete Email for Outlook can save the recovered emails in multiple file formats, including PST, MSG, EML, HTML, PDF, and RTF files. This feature helps in importing or opening the emails in various applications like Outlook, web browser, PDF reader, etc., and viewing the contents. The tool can save the OST or PST file scan information in a DAT file, which can be loaded into the software later to resume the deleted Outlook email recovery process. The feature allows the user to resume the recovery process at a different time or on a different system. It extracts the mailbox data and displays it in an organized manner while maintaining the original folder tree structure. After scanning the email data file, the software provides a filter and search option to sort and organize emails based on To, From, Subject, In Folder, Date, Deleted, Importance, etc. The tool splits the large PST file into smaller PSTs while saving the recovered emails. It auto-splits large OST or PST files when the size is large than 45GB to prevent damage to the PST file while saving the mail items. The tool also maintains a record of the email recovery process in a log file, which is available for ready reference across all the email recovery tasks.
