The Goal of TDMaker is to create a Description and a Torrent of a Media file. TDMaker is coded using C# and requires Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 or above. TDMaker Windows Installer will auto-install Microsoft .NET Framework if the it is not present in the target system.
