There are lots of programs thanks to which we can rip our DVD collection to any format with just a couple of click and without hardly any options in what regards the quality of the audio or the video, or support for subtitles.

Gordian Knot Rip Pack is a pack of tools thanks to which we will control all the conversion process from DVD to DivX, thanks to a disk ripper, a converter with a wide range of codecs (both for audio as well as for video), and editor and a tool to work with subtitles.

All this is accessible from that same interface, that even though it isn't excesively attractive, accomplishes its functions perfectly, and it allows us to browse between each one of the options from a menu based on tabs somewhat rudimentary but effective.

Gordian Knot Rip Pack has the following collection of codecs to work with: Huffyuv, DivX, SmartRipper, vStrip, DVD2AVI, AviSynth, mpg2dec, Virtual Dub, Nandub, Azid, L.A.M.E. and VobSub.
