Monterey ROV Controller was developed as an accessible and handy FOSS ROV controller. Monterey ROV Controller is designed as a part of the ROV-suite that's been specially written to be easy-to-use and modify. For controlling the ROV, a wide variety of joysticks are supported through the SDL library.
