IconXpert is an icon viewer, browser an extractor. It allows quick browsing of dll's or folders. You can search for new icons inside EXE or DLL files or browse your existing icon collection. Icons can be copied to the clipboard or saved as BMP or ICO files. IconXpert offers a handy feature that let´s you add new icons to a collection from the right click menu. It also supports launching of your icon editor and creation of favorite entries for faster navigation.
