TorrentRover is a simple search management tool that sets out to make the process of finding and downloading .torrent files quick and easy. It has the simplicity that novice users need, the rich feature set that advanced users want, and the preferences and settings to allow any user to customize the experience.

TorrentRover has two basic kinds of searches, the quick search and the recurring search. The quick search is most similar to a web search; a user enters search terms and presses enter, and TorrentRover displays the results. Simple, nothing new, but effective and necessary. The recurring search is an automated way to find a whole series of .torrent files, such as webisodes, tv shows, podcasts, etc., all without manually searching for each individual file. Just add the recurring search and TorrentRover will get each torrent, one after the other.

TorrentRover has several helpful features to make management easier as well. Searches are set in useful categories, not only by genre, but other categories as well. Selecting a category shows only the searches that match this criteria, making it easier to work with multiple searches. TorrentRover also allows the user a way to see the files indexed in the torrent, the uploader comment, the trackers, and the comments left by other users.
